Refund Policy - the basics
The Service Provider guarantees that all pressure washing and soft wash services will be performed using professional equipment and industry-standard techniques.
If the Client is not satisfied with the quality of the service upon completion, the Service Provider will, at no additional cost, re-clean the affected area(s) within 14 days of notification, provided the issue is related to the original service.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Stains or buildup that cannot be removed by standard pressure washing or soft wash methods.
- Damage or deterioration due to age, neglect, or improper maintenance of the surfaces.
- Issues arising from conditions outside the Service Provider’s control (e.g., weather, vandalism, new stains after service).
All guarantee claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion.
The Client may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service date.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $100.
If the Service Provider needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure), the Client will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment date.
Deposits paid for services cancelled with sufficient notice will be refunded in full. Deposits for late cancellations may be forfeited at the Service Provider’s discretion.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
