The Service Provider agrees to treat all information regarding the Client’s property, business, and personal details as confidential.

Any photographs, records, or notes taken during the course of service will not be shared, published, or disclosed to third parties without the Client’s written consent, except as required by law.

The Client’s contact information and service details will be used solely for the purpose of providing and managing the agreed services.

Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of this Agreement to any outside party, except as required for legal or regulatory compliance.

This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect for 2 years after the completion of services.
